One of the examples of stress affect is apparently related to the Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). RA is a chronic disease which is marked by inflammation of the lining of the joints. This can become more critical and lead to chronic joint pain, loss of functioning, and disability.
One of the suggested ways to prevent this worse RA from happening is to keep the stress under control. Many ways can be endured to control the stress for instance by keeping the sense of humor, joining yoga for two to three or more times a week, walking between 8 and 12 miles every week, and of course by keeping the weight down.
According to the expert, stress doesn’t cause RA, but the painful feeling may trigger the RA to develop. In fact, stress can even play role that make someone get into disease and worsen the symptoms. The exact proof of how stress may affect inflammation on RA is hard to find and some researches are still conducted in order to get the answer for that. However, stress can wreak havoc and when someone get tired, there is no resistance to stress.
Therefore, some with RA can also have another way to keep stress under control such as by doing exercise. Exercise is a vital part because it makes you to keep moving. So, it is important to do regular exercise in order to make the body keep moving regularly. Also, getting proper treatment will make a significant difference. Another crucial part in controlling stress is by making sure that you feel convenience at work.
